These provisions define the terms of use and sale, as well as the charter’s privacy of Tripana Company. Might be modified in a timely manner, These provisions extend our services which are available directly or indirectly (through partners) online, by e-mail or telephone. Article 1: Terms of sale and use approval

The booking central Tripana is primarily an online gate that provides customers with all accessible and relevant information about hotels, all overcome types, and facilitates a real time booking. Please kindly read carefully these terms and conditions. By using and / or booking through our website you declare to have read our terms of use and sale and legally agreeing to comply with those conditions. Once you make a reservation through our website; you directly commit into a contractual relationship with the hotel you booked in. Tripana only acts as an intermediary between you and the hotel, by sending you the details of your reservation and a confirmation e-mail and the name of the hotel. The information we provide you with are based on information that the hotels provide us with. Each hotel remains responsible for the validity of information that concern it, including of course its fares and availability. Although the terms of our unit are expressed in several languages, only the French text serves as a reference in case of litigation or possible disputes. The services provided by Tripana are exclusively for private use. Therefore, it is strictly forbidden to reproduce, use and download a content, software or available services in our website for any commercial or competing interest.

Article 2: Rates

Tripana offers you the best rates and the most competitive prices. All tariffs which will be posted on our website have been negotiated with the hotel according to the seasons. VAT is also included on the rates indicated per room. Lower rates are sometimes available on our website for specific dates and at a determined hotel. However, these lower rates offered by hotels can be restricted on especially the cancellation and refund. Therefore, we recommend you to carefully review rooms descriptions and rates to be aware of such conditions before making any reservation. To make you enjoy a good stay, good hotel and good price is Tripana's main objective.

Article 3: Reservation

Contact information of the credit card (the number and expiry date) are required by the hotel to make any reservation. Tripana agrees to directly send information to the hotel where your reservation is made and also has the right to audit (pre-authorized) your credit card. For some hotels and / or in the case of certain rates or special offers, the hotel can have the right to pre-authorize your credit card or collect a certain amount on the same card at the time of the booking or the confirmation of booking . All these steps will be clearly explained on our website. Once your reservation is made, a deposit clearly specified during the booking process is taken directly from your credit card (worth about 25% of total amount of the stay. The balanace of 75% of the total amount will be immediatly paid directly to the hotel before the end of the stay). Tripana accepts payment cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. Any deposit taken by the booking central Tripana appears on the statement of your credit card. After the reservation, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail of the reservation to the address supplied to the central. This confirmation e-mail acts as a proof and includes all information related to the reservation and to the chosen hotel. This voucher is a guarantee which must be introduced to the hotel upon your arrival. The e-mail adress sent to the central must be correct. Tripana can not be held responsible for any mistake made by the client. For security reasons, the confirmation of booking will be available and accessible under "My Reservations" icon on our website. In case the Hotel is unable to meet a reservation correctly confirmed by Tripana, it will relocate the affected client in an equivalent or superior room in a hotel nearby which is equivalent or superior one. The hotel will be in charge of the customer’s eventual costs of transportation. The customer will also have the right to refuse the booking and the deposit will be refunded.

Article 4: Booking cancellation

A reservation made in a hotel means a recognition and an approval of cancellation and non-presentation of the client, as well as any additional conditions of the hotel that may apply to your booking or during your stay. In each hotel, the general conditions of cancellation and non-presentation are reported on the descriptive pages of hotels on our website. Please kindly read the cancellation policy before your reservation. In order to minimize the penalties and fees you will be charged in, we advise you to contact us in case of booking concellation. Please kindly note that certain fares or special offers would not be able to cancel or modify the reservation. In case of a booking cancellation, the deposit is fully refunded to you except that additional file fees may be retained as it is explained, on our website, in the booking process before you click on "Confirm Reservation". But in case of applying a cancellation fee, in accordance with the general conditions of sale of the existing hotel at the time of booking, the hotel will take the amount of cancellation fees owing to it from your credit card. Any possible legal proceedings or disputes arising from the cancellation of a booking must be handled between you and the hotel. The customer can not make a claim against the central reservation Tripana for any related penalties and costs imposed by the hotel to cancel the booking.

Article 5: Limit of liability

Tripana only acts as an intermediary between you and the hotel, thus,Tripana can not be responsible for the quality of services provided or costs charged by the hotel. The booking central can not be responsible for any disputes between you and the hotel on costs, quality of services, facilities or other. After the end of your stay, Tripana will invite you to fill in a questionnaire or satisfaction survey on the hotel, to contribute to the continuous improvement of the products and quality services offered by its partners.

Article 6: Disputes and Applicable Law

These terms of use and provision of our services are submissive to the moroccan law. Any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claims are governed by the laws and exclusively of jurisdiction and courts of Marrakech. Tripana would not be responsible of any dispute and litigation happenning during the stay between the client and the hotel or any other provider assisting in the making of this stay.

Article 7: Formalities

It is important for the customer to inquire and make sure of the administrative and sanitary documents validity; concerning the police and customs regulations necessary formalities that are required for the travel and the entry into the Moroccan territory. Tripana would not be responsible for any refusal of entry to the moroccan territory, an inability to start or any other circumstance that would prevent the client from the services that does not comply with these formalities.

Article 8: Security and Privacy

Tripana strictly undertakes to protect your information and respect your privacy. Tripana guarantees that all personal information are only used for the purposes of the reservation. The information you provide us can only be modified or deleted by you.
