Les Borjs de la Kasbah is a newly-created boutique hotel developed over a period of four years from a complex of six small town houses and one riad by its Franco-British owners.The hotel opened in December 2006 and the Spa in July 2007. On entering this haven of calm you will be struck by the atmosphere of contemporary refinement and arabo-moorish charm, the whole contrasting sharply with the frenetic activity of the thronged medina beyond its walls.

The 18 sound-proofed, well insulated rooms, dispersed between four separate patios, are each well appointed with bath or shower (some have both), heating and air conditioning, personal room safe, hairdryer, minibar, telephone and widescreen TV with satellite channels. Five rooms on ground floor level (3 of them singles) offer easy access while the remainder, on first floor, are reached, respectively, via 5 separate stairways. In the hotel’s Le Jasmin restaurant our aim is to provide high quality meals, for outside diners as well as residents, based on a series of daily-changing set menus and two gastronomic à la carte menus featuring a wide range of sophisticated dishes, including vegetarian options. On the opposite side of the pool from the sun terrace is a new building housing the first floor SPA (Hammam + Massages + Face care + Manicure+ pedicure) and, at ground level, a small poolside bar where drinks are served, including an outstanding range of cocktails.

Just 10 minutes from the airport, Les Borjs de la Kasbah is situated on the southern edge of the Marrakech médina on the Rue du Méchouar (or Rue du Palais Royal), some 15-20 minutes on foot from the Place Jemaa el Fna, the pulsating central square, and souks.
